Los Baños, Laguna is home to the University of the Philippines Los Banos. Los Baños is famed for its mineral hot spring water oozing from Mount Makiling (a long dead volcano), it has long been a paradise for water-lovers through the ages. An extinct volcano, 1,090m above sea level; center for biodiversity conservation, located in Los Banos, Laguna. This legendary mountain is home to over 2,000 species of flora and fauna.
